Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
All physiotherapist and clinic plans include a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial. No charges are made until the trial ends and you choose to continue. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not subscribe — no action required, no charges incurred.
2. Subscription Plans
PhysioKer offers the following monthly subscription plans billed via Razorpay:
- Basic Plan — ₹349/month (individual physiotherapist)
- Pro Plan — ₹649/month (individual physiotherapist)
- Clinic Plan — ₹1,599/month (clinic account)
All plans are billed monthly. There are no annual billing options at this time.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under the Subscription tab → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to all features until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued after a billing cycle has started.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
- Erroneous charge after cancellation — if you are charged after successfully cancelling your subscription before the renewal date, you are entitled to a full refund of the incorrectly charged amount.
- Duplicate charge — if you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Service unavailability — if PhysioKer is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours in a billing period due to platform failure on our part, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- You subscribed and used the platform for part of the billing period before deciding to cancel
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You are unhappy with the volume of patient requests in your area (demand is market-dependent)
- Unused trial periods (no payment is taken during the trial, so no refund applies)
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the charge at support@physioker.in with:
- Your registered phone number or email
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Razorpay. PhysioKer does not store your card or UPI details. Refunds are initiated by PhysioKer through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking).
